What we collect
When you send the quote form we collect your ZIP code, dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew count and phone number. When you call or book, we also collect your name, delivery address, email and payment card details needed to complete the order.
How we use it
We use your details only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, invoice and pick up your rental, and to contact you about that rental. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Who processes it
The quote form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards submissions to our email. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. Our website host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts and the contact map loads from Google Maps, which may set their own cookies under Google's policies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted after 12 months.
