What comes inside a standard porta potty?
A standard porta potty comes with a seat, a splash-guarded urinal, a mirror, 2 to 3 rolls of toilet paper, a hand-sanitizer dispenser, roof vents and an occupied-sign door latch. The 60-gallon holding tank gets deodorizer before delivery. The unit needs no water hookup and no electricity.

How many people can use one standard porta potty?
One standard porta potty serves about 50 guests at a 4-hour event, or up to 20 workers for a 40-hour week with weekly cleaning. The 60-gallon tank holds roughly 200 to 250 uses before it needs pumping. Alcohol, food and hot weather fill the tank faster.

How is a standard porta potty cleaned during a long rental?
A standard porta potty on a 28-day rental is serviced once a week. The technician pumps the tank, scrubs the seat, walls and floor, recharges the deodorizer, and restocks toilet paper and sanitizer. Sites with heavy use can add a second weekly visit.

Is the standard one just the toilet, nothing fancy?
The standard unit is the basic porta potty: seat, urinal, toilet paper and hand sanitizer. It has no flush and no sink. Add a hand-wash station if guests are eating.
Does it come with toilet paper and hand sanitizer?
Every standard unit arrives with 2 to 3 rolls of toilet paper and a full sanitizer dispenser. Monthly rentals are restocked at each weekly service. Bring extra rolls for a large party.
Can I lock it so the public can't use it?
Units have a hasp for your own padlock at no charge. Leave it unlocked on service day, or give the lock code in your order notes, and take your lock off before pickup.
Does it need to sit on concrete?
A standard unit needs level ground, not concrete. Grass, gravel, packed dirt and driveways all work. On soft ground, a sheet of plywood under the skids keeps the unit from tipping.
How much is a standard porta potty?
