Rental terms and cancellation policy

Payment

Payment is taken by credit or debit card when you book. The itemized quote you approve is the price you pay. Missouri sales tax applies unless you provide an exemption letter. Approved business accounts may be invoiced.

Rental periods and renewal

Event rentals cover up to 5 days on site at one flat rate. Rentals of 6 days or more are billed per 28-day cycle, starting on the delivery date, and include one service visit per week. A 28-day rental renews automatically, charged to the card on file, until you ask for pickup. Ending early is not penalized, but the current cycle is not prorated.

Pickup

Call, text or email at least 2 business days before you want pickup. Billing stops on the scheduled pickup date. Event units are picked up on the date in your order. Remove your own locks before pickup.

Cancellation and changes

Cancel or change an order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Same-day and rush orders cannot be refunded once the truck is loaded. Refunds go back to the original card within 7 to 10 business days.

Delivery and placement

You choose the spot. The spot must be level, reachable by a pickup truck within about 15 feet, and free of locked gates, parked vehicles and low wires unless noted in the order. If the driver cannot reach the spot, a trip charge may apply. We are not responsible for ruts or damage to lawns, pavers or landscaping along a path you chose.

Damage and misuse

Normal wear and job-site dirt are expected. You are responsible for loss, theft, fire, vandalism, graffiti or tipping while the unit is on your property, billed at repair or replacement cost. Do not move units yourself, put trash or hazardous materials in the tank, or tie anything to the unit.

Weather

Severe weather can delay delivery, service or pickup. We will call to reschedule. Winter units receive antifreeze; flushing units and trailers are not set below freezing unless arranged.

Permits

You are responsible for any permit required to place a unit on public property or for an event. We will provide unit counts and a site sketch for your application on request.
