Questions renters ask
Is there something you can do today? Our supplier didn't deliver.
Call (573) 257-9401 with the address and the number of units. Same-day slots depend on the truck routes that morning; you get a yes or no on the first call.
Is it a lot more because of the rush?
A same-day rush charge starts at $50. It is listed on your quote before you pay, never added afterward.
Can you promise it'll be there by a certain time?
An exact arrival time cannot be promised because drivers are on route. You get a call 30 minutes before arrival, and morning requests are noted on the order.
Do you deliver on Sunday?
Trucks do not run Sundays. Saturday deliveries are open, so for a Sunday need call by Saturday at noon.
